Chesterfield Commons is the flagship retail center for THF, Realty, Inc. One of the largest outdoor shopping centers in America an encompassing over two million square feet, its water features greet customers at four major entrances to the site. The recipient of many "Beautification Awards" from the City of Chesterfield, the rear of the center serves as water retention areas surrounded by food plots for wildlife. In addition, a "linear sculpture park" is being developed along Edison Road with the help of THF Realty. The plant palette, designed for low maintenance, also provides pollinators and natural landscape materials on-site. Phase one had 1384 trees planted with several thousand more to follow.
