Mercy Medical Center is a three-story women's health center including heavily landscaped areas around the building and bio-retention areas at the north portion of the site. Outdoor rest areas are provided at points around the building with seating and landscaping intentionally located to provide privacy.

Floral plants are used throughout to provide cut flowers to use in the inside reception area, various patient rooms, etc. while not negatively impacting the overall landscape outside. Fragrant plants are placed strategically around the perimeter to add enjoyment of the outside "rooms."
